If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Because many of our products are made in small batches or are unique (antiques, hand-poured soap), we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Please read product descriptions carefully before ordering.
All antique and unique items are sold as-is. Condition is described in detail on each product page. No returns accepted once dispatched unless the item was materially misdescribed.
